We took reports from resource system. When any change on the resource system, serious doubts were created on correctness of data. We carried out the project by reference of Turkcell, supperior experience and other conditions of Obase compared toother companies. As a result of the project, our customerscan reach any data ehrough business intelligence tools via we mobileor their own computer at 7/24. We can also receive support from Oase at 7/24. By this way, business users can make details analysis on data by reaching data. They can decide feasibility of campaign. They can query analysis and performance of our any campaing. Those help to users to have planned and strategic prediction rewardingly. We can evaluate our corporate performance. When we see kept in Excel, as “dashboard”, we can see which way related trend go towards clearly . We opened the system to senior management easily. We created more than one report in type of “dashboard”. Senior management can make seller decision quickly by these reports. They can see answers of what happened in the past and what could be happened in the future.
